Mid Iowa Gymnastics strives to be a place where children learn gymnastics, meet new people, have fun, and feel successful in a caring and safe environment. We take great pride in caring for our gymnasts and their families at the highest level.

We currently have gym members from ages 2 – 17 from Grimes, Johnston, Urbandale, Clive, West Des Moines, Waukee, Ankeny, Polk City, Dallas Center, Granger, Des Moines, Altoona, Windsor Heights, Woodward, Panora, Madrid, Perry, Adel, Stuart and Pleasant Hill!
